Returns
General Return Period: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Sale merchandise must be returned within 20 - 30 days from the date of delivery.
Non - Returnable Items: Some special products or customized products do not support returns or exchanges. Please refer to the product details page for specific information. Additionally, perishable goods such as food cannot be returned unless your order arrives in an unsafe or inedible condition. Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the shipping fees when returning items.
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged products.
Return Requirements: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which in most cases will be your order number and email address. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have specifically requested it.
Refund Process (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Refund Method: You will be reimbursed to the credit card used for the purchase.
